Online callback requests

Callback requests are sent to the team through WhatConverts. A request does not confirm a booking. Call for urgent plumbing help.

About this policy

Night Rescue Plumbing provides emergency and after-hours plumbing help in Brisbane and surrounding areas. In this policy, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Priority 1 Plumbing Qld Pty Ltd, which operates the Night Rescue Plumbing brand.

This policy explains how information is handled through this website and how to contact us about a plumbing enquiry or personal information. You can reach us on 0480 003 534.

Enquiry forms and phone calls

When you submit a callback request, your name, phone number, suburb, and description of the plumbing problem are sent through the website to WhatConverts, the enquiry-management service used by the team. The form confirms receipt only after the receiving service accepts the request. A callback request does not book a plumber or reserve an arrival time.

Your entries remain visible if delivery fails. If delivery cannot be confirmed, call before sending another request to avoid duplicates. Your browser may offer to remember or autofill information separately.

Telephone links open your device’s calling application. Calls to the displayed tracking number are routed to the team through WhatConverts. Call details, including the caller’s number, call time, duration, and marketing source where available, may be recorded in the enquiry system. Any recording announcement provided on a call applies to that call.

Information you provide

The callback forms ask for your name, phone number, a description of the plumbing problem, and your suburb.

When you call about a plumbing service, relevant information may include your contact details, the property address, access instructions, the plumbing fault, and details needed to arrange a visit or quote. You can ask why particular information is needed. Without enough contact or location information, it may not be possible to arrange the service you request.

Please do not enter payment card details, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information into a plumbing enquiry.

Using and sharing information

Information you provide in a real plumbing enquiry is used to answer your questions, understand the fault, contact you about the enquiry, and arrange a visit or quote. It may also be needed to carry out agreed work, maintain service records, or respond to a complaint.

Depending on the service and how you contact us, relevant details may need to be handled by the plumber attending the property or a service provider assisting with communications or enquiry handling. Information may also need to be disclosed where required or authorised by law.

Online enquiries are processed through Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and WhatConverts, which receives the enquiry. Relevant information is available to the team and service providers assisting with enquiry handling and website support.

Storage, security, and overseas services

Callback details are held in the team’s WhatConverts enquiry system. The website does not save your form answers in browser storage. It stores the first page of your visit in session storage to help identify how an enquiry began; your browser clears this when the browsing session ends.

Cloudflare and WhatConverts may process information outside Australia. We do not represent that all enquiry data stays in Australia. Their services process technical information such as IP addresses and request times to deliver the website and enquiries.

We retain enquiry and service information for the purposes described in this policy, including follow-up, service records, and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to ask about the records held, retention, or deletion. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for those purposes.

Cookies, tracking, and website links

WhatConverts helps connect enquiries with the page and marketing source that led to them. This can involve cookies, IP addresses, referring pages, landing pages, and advertising click identifiers included in a visit’s URL. The callback form passes available campaign details with your enquiry. We do not invent a paid-ad source when this information is absent.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking tracking may limit attribution. The fonts, photos, and Brisbane map are included with the website files; the map does not request your device’s location.

External websites have their own privacy practices. WhatConverts describes its processing in its privacy policy, and Cloudflare provides its privacy policy.

Access, corrections, choices, and complaints

To ask about personal information held in connection with an enquiry or plumbing service, call 0480 003 534 and ask for the person responsible for privacy. You can request access, ask for a correction, or raise a concern about how your information has been handled. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information.

Explain the information or enquiry involved and the outcome you are seeking. We will consider the request or complaint and respond to you. If a request cannot be met, we will explain the reason. You can also ask to stop optional promotional contact; communications needed for a requested service may still be necessary.

If you remain concerned, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner provides information about Australian privacy rights and complaint options.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the website’s enquiry, tracking, or information-handling arrangements change. The date above identifies the current version. Check the current policy and collection notice when making an enquiry.
